In Memoriam
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of AGLF member Mr. Mike Dow of Womble Bond Dickinson, Baltimore, MD. Mike passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on November 10, 2025.
Mike was a true leader in the municipal leasing industry and a steadfast advocate for his clients. He will be remembered for his quick wit, generous spirit, and his trademark chuckle that brightened every room.
